How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you have ordered a custom build, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your deck.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original shrink wrap and have not been gripped or skated. Once a deck is assembled or skated, it cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Slugger Skate Store ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status by logging into your account on our site.
