At Slugger Skate Store, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that skated decks or worn apparel cannot be accepted for return due to safety and hygiene standards.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Submit Request

Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your gear and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

Processing and Refund

Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
